Destination Mastery to give you clarity, by installing the planning and goal-setting systems you can really take charge of the day-to-day and long-term reins of the business.

Time mastery to achieve productivity. Installing ABoS's self-management and people management systems enables you to increase profits through even small gains that add up to bigger results.

Mastery of delivery to ensure consistency for you and your customers so they keep coming back and feel comfortable referring others.

9 Steps to Systemizing A Business

This is where ABoS Playbooks and Strategy Cards for stages five through seven come in, as you and your coach work to define the size and shape of the team you will need to turn your vision into reality.

You will love the last two phases where you install the systems and create the manuals and checklists for a company with truly systematic and predictable growth. Now is the time to get out of the day-to-day.


Step-4-Team

Step 4 - TEAM

Together Everyone Achieves More is the theme of the ABoS team installation, and as you build your people, they build your company. To build a company that can grow without you and give you the freedom you deserve, you need a team that can achieve results with or without you.

There are 6 keys to a winning team, and as you install each key, the management systems (competence and productivity), the leadership systems (passion and focus), and your team grows over time, you will have more and more confidence in their ability to handle everything on their own.

It all starts with you and strong leadership, from the leadership framework to your leadership skills and leadership personality style, to building the team your way. The common goal is the next step in the ABoS playbook and must be something that all team members know and believe in and win for.

6 Keys To a Winning Team

This leads to an established culture document and what we call the Team Rules of the Game, so that when you move on to Key 4, the Action Plan, everyone knows who is doing what and when.

Keys 5 and 6 are a little more difficult to understand logically, but as we grow and experience new things, it will be critical to support risk-taking and practice 100% team involvement and inclusion.

Step 5 - Scale - Here you move from percentage growth to multiplied growth.
